This will get all of the loose and easy to remove stains off of the windows.Window wash phase 2: Next we apply our window cleaning formula with a wet mop to agitate dirt. This step is where we get into the science of our special cleaning formula. It loosens up the even harder to get debris.Window wash phase 3: We then use professional handheld razor blades that safely scrape all of the remaining stuck on debris, and we repeat brushing the glass, with our wet mop.Clean Glass: Using a skilled motion we squeegee the glass clean, free of dirt and streaks and looking like the day you first moved in.Finishing Up: Finally we wipe the edges of the window and sills and finish by locking your newly cleaned window closed; ready to enjoy the clear view.Inspection: We look over every window we have cleaned and let you know if we see anything out of the ordinary. If we see any broken seals, scratches, or any obvious building damage, we will let you know.Clean up: We want to be sure we leave the rest of your home as clean as we found it. Do I need to be home while the cleaning is done?

Whatever is most comfortable for you! If you would like to be at home, that is fine with us. If you have errands to run, or are away, that works for us as well.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Definitely. We bring all cleaning supplies, cleaning cloths, mop, vacuum, broom, and our energetic selves! If you have specific products you would like us to use or not use, let us know and we can certainly accommodate.

We can collect keys or work in your absence with advance planning and notification.

This varies according to the location of each property.
Road facing windows generally get dirtier quicker than those facing the garden, regular maintenance is encouraged to prevent windows from getting heavily soiled.
Many clients choose one of the following schedules depending on their household budget;
Every six to eight weeks, every three months, every six months, or once per annum.

Do you clean windows in the rain

Yes we clean windows in moderate rainfall, if we didn't we wouldn't be able to offer a regular window cleaning service. Rain water is relatively pure so doesn’t effect the quality of the clean but If the weather is stormy with high winds we usually take the day off
