Before we come to clean your windows, it can be good to know these things so that we can clean your windows as good as we can 

Remove whats in the windows and on the windowsills, for example flowers, lamps, curtains and more that may be in the way.

Bring forth any keys needed to open the windows or patio doors.

If there are high windows, we ask you to bring a ladder 

Is there any damage? (scratched or cracked glass, problems with handle, broken blinds or similar). Let us know before we start cleaning! We won’t clean damaged/cracked windows.
